Our Story
Daylee first opened its doors on 27 February 1995 as a Crèche, built on a foundation of care, trust and a genuine love for children.
In 2003, following numerous requests from parents who wished for their children to continue their education at Daylee beyond preschool, Daylee Independent was established. The school grew consistently, adding one grade each year and in 2009 our first group of Grade 7 learners proudly moved on to high school.
Today, Daylee offers both a Crèche and an Independent school, providing continuity and stability throughout a child’s early and primary school years.
Daylee Crèche caters for children from 4 months to 5 years and is registered with the Department of Health and the Department of Social Welfare.
Daylee Independent caters for learners from Grade R to Grade 7 and is registered with the Department of Education.
